Hear From Our Founder

Rachel Lim, the driving force behind Kidz4Golf, brings a wealth of experience and passion to the world of golf. From her early days on Singapore’s National Golf Team to playing on the California University of Pennsylvania’s Women’s Golf Team on scholarship, Rachel’s journey spans nearly 20 years of dedication to the sport.
In 2018, Rachel founded Kidz4Golf Academy, marking the beginning of her mission to mentor young golfers and create engaging experiences. This passion led her to establish Kidz4Golf LLC, specializing in junior tournaments and family events that unite golf enthusiasts of all ages.
Rachel’s innovative blend of Asian and American golfing style has shaped Kidz4Golf into a unique and inclusive community. Alongside her partners Anita and Neil, Rachel continues to elevate the Kidz4Golf tournament series, ensuring every swing embodies excellence and camaraderie.

Hear From Our Tournament Operations Director

Anita has spent two decades planning and organizing events. Her path crossed with Rachel’s in 2018, leading to a fast friendship and a business partnership. Currently, she operates a small cookie company from her home, oversees marketing for her husband’s solar company, and manages her two children simultaneously. Anita has taken on the primary responsibilities for tournament operations at Kidz4Golf and is gradually getting into the “swing” of things!
